Kelly Watson from Cross Winds Farm partnered with Anita Schadeck of Fields and Fences 9 years ago to create a show circuit where green horses and riders could go to obtain inexpensive show miles.
The “Place to Start” circuit was born and has become stronger each year! The circuit offers a one day schooling show with many different classes from Beginner Walk/Trot to Jumpers. Riders obtain points at each individual show and obtain year end awards. Every division is awarded large year end ribbons first through sixth place and first place winners receive a $150 cash prize. Riders do not need to become members of a show circuit thanks to the generous support of all the sponsors that support the circuit.
